Our main activity is the distribution of computer and peripheral hardware to local ICT resellers, along with an increasing software licensing and Cloud practise.

MC3 Mauritius is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the MC3 Group (Duavento SAS), formed in March 2002 in Mauritius.

The Group formed in 1995 is present in the Caribbean (French West Indies, Trinidad, Puerto Rico and Jamaica), the Indian Ocean islands (Reunion, Mayotte, Madagascar and Mauritius), the French Polynesia (Tahiti) and New Caledonia, West Central french-speaking Africa (local offices in Ivory Coast, Senegal, Cameroon, and an export service MC3 Trade located in France for other countries) and Algeria. MC3 Logistique, the Group headquarter for logistics, marketing and finance formed in 1999 is located in France.

Initially positioned as an IBM Distributor and a few secondary brands in Mauritius, the portfolio proposed to local resellers has evolved progressively and now encompasses HP Inc, Hewlett-Packard Enterprise (including a strong focus on sub brands such as Aruba, SimpliVity and Nimble Storage), Fujitsu, Epson, Lexmark (supplies), Owa by Armor (compatible supplies), APC, Netgear, Logitech, Dexlan, Microsoft, Bitdefender, Ekahau, Autodesk, DataCore and BitTitan.

The list of vendor partners is increasing regularly, especially in the Cloud and associated services.

After 17 years in business, MC3 Mauritius is now a leading ICT Distributor posting over Rs. 600 million in turnover.

Our daily focus and investments are to propose a set of services fully dedicated to local channel partners:

  • An Electronic Software Download (ESD) website for consumer and SMB software e-distribution.

  • Continuous sales incentives and other marketing activities aimed at resellers.
  • Monthly partner events or technical trainings on key technology topics all year round.
  • Technical pre-sales consulting and proof of concept services using NFR equipment on HP, HPE and Fujitsu.
  • Warranty service on all products we distribute.
